Registration

Registration Fees, Payments, and Deadlines:

• • Registration fees are $250 for in-person attendees and $50 for virtual attendees. Check out this Registration & Payment cheat sheet to walk you through the process.
    
    

  • Payments are for general event participation only; it does not include travel, hotel or incidentals. You will need to contact the hotel directly to make your hotel reservation. Information on making your hotel reservation can be found at the Location & Venue tab.

• • Lodging & Airfare:

    • Rooms are $229.00 + Tax (local room tax is 12%)

    • Airfare: Alaska Airlines is offering a discount. More info can be found at the Location & Venue tab.

• • Registration deadlines: 

    • In-person attendance: CLOSED

    • Virtual attendance: CLOSED

Additional details:

• • Each attendee will need to complete one individual registration entry to participate in the event whether you plan to attend in-person or virtually. Each attendee must use a unique email address; no duplicate email addresses may be used. 

  • If you still need to pay for someone who has already registered, you can go directly to the payment page to process payment for that attendee.

  • If you need an invoice, please email NTICC@nau.edu BUT please check your  SPAM folder first.
    
    

  • Cancellations/Refunds: If you are unable to attend the conference, you must send a written cancellation by email no later than 7:00pm Pacific time on August 19, 2024, for a full refund. 

  • If your cancellation notice is received after the deadline a refund will not be possible. Please email NTICC@nau.edu with "Cancellation" in the subject line.
