Prosecutor upgrades charges against Fort Wayne shooting suspect

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - The Fort Wayne man accused of shooting and killing two 19-year-olds and wounding another has been formally charged.

Joseph Bossard, 32, is now charged with two counts of murder, one count of attempted murder, aggravated battery, criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon and using a firearm during the crime.

Joshua Cooper and Anderson Retic, both 19, were shot and killed while sitting in their car at a gas station on Hobson Road last week.

A third person is in serious condition.

Hours after the shooting, police arrested Joseph Bossard.
