FAQs

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Please address all aspects of the Tennessee Immunization "Virtual" Summit 2020 to Howard C. Young, III, VFC Administrator; Email is the preferred option for reaching him:  howard.young@tn.gov.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?:  While we prefer each person to register on their own, it is not mandatory.  You may want to register once for your office and then show the event in a conference or meeting room for multiple people to see.  But, it is important that if you are seeking accreditation or educational credit, that each person must have their own registration.

Cancellations:  It would be so kind, if you cancelled your registration if you can't attend.  But, since the event is virtual and no space is being held for you, it is ok if you don't.

Can I enter a group registration for multiple people in our office?   Yes.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes. You can update your information until the registration cut-off date, August 19, 2020.
