ISO New England has selected Erland Construction, in collaboration with Northstar Project & Real Estate Services and Interior Architects, to construct a new 78,500-square-foot office building on its Holyoke, Massachusetts campus. As the independent system operator responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of New England's bulk electric power system and administering the region's wholesale electricity markets, ISO New England is developing the new facility to provide additional office space that supports its growing workforce and essential operations.

The new all-electric, LEED-certified building will be used in part for training and visitor meetings and will help address ISO New England’s current office capacity constraints and improve campus security.

This project represents a significant investment for ISO New England and further reinforces Erland's experience delivering complex, technically demanding facilities that support critical infrastructure throughout the region.
