Summer is a great time to explore and discover new interests as a family with TPL's free Summer Wonder programs and activities.
Programs
From June 24 to September 2, kids can participate in arts and STEM based programs in both English and French. Programs and workshops are designed to keep kids ages 6-12 years engaged in reading and learning year round.
Here are all the ways your family can participate in Summer Wonder starting June 24:
- Kids can sign up for the TD Summer Reading Club and participate in-person or online. Ask library staff for accessible formats.
- Families can track their reading on Beanstack to earn badges for reading milestones and completing activities throughout the summer.
- Kids can discover design thinking in a Wonder Workshop.
- Kids can post a question on our Wonder Wall and read what other kids have asked us.
- Parlez-vous français? Participate in our French Reading Challenge for kids ages 0-12 years. Tell us what you are reading in French this summer.
- Access more Summer Wonder online programs on our TPL YouTube channel and Crowdcast.
