Galloway, N.J. – Stockton University women's rowing team members collected three all-conference honors and qualified for five academic accolades from the
Mid-Atlantic Rowing Conference.
Olivia Hurley (Bayville/Central Regional) and
Chloe Schulze (Little Egg Harbor/Pinelands) were chosen All-MARC Varsity.
Brianna Fiorentino (Glassboro/Glassboro) was an All-MARC Novice selection. Hurley, Schulze,

Kaitlyn Bradley (Mays Landing/Oakcrest) and
Desarae Dempsey (Franklinville/GCIT) qualified for MARC Academic All-Conference kudos as sophomores or higher with grade point averages of at least 3.50.
Hurley earned All-MARC Varsity and MARC Academic honors for the second straight year while Shultze notched her second consecutive MARC Academic spot. Hurley and Schulze rowed in the varsity four and varsity eight during the fall.
They were members of the Stockton eight that competed in the 55th annual Head of the Charles, one of most famous regattas in the sport, in October. Hurley and Schulze also rowed in the Championship Eight at the Head of Schuylkill, in which the Ospreys finished 18th out of 38 boats.
In her first season on the team, Fiorentino rowed for a Stockton squad that finished fifth out of 21 in the Novice Eight at the Head of the Schuylkill. She also competed for the Ospreys in the Novice Four during the season.
The Mid-Atlantic Rowing Conference Championships were scheduled for tomorrow and Sunday at Gifford Pinchot State Park in Lewisberry, Pa., however they were canceled along with the rest of the spring season due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Stockton would have been following up its best finish ever at the MARC Championships, which was third place last year.
