Fall 2021 Instructional Design Mentors

The Offices of the Provost; Academic Planning & Learning Innovation and Continuing & Online Education; Instructional Technology; and the Faculty Development Center are pleased to announce the Fall 2021 Peer Instructional Design Mentor Teachers, to provide peer support for faculty in online and hybrid education. 

The Peer Instructional Design Mentor Teacher Program

The goal of this program, which is now in its second year, is to support the advancement of faculty expertise in the design, development and delivery of online, hybrid and blended courses, a goal made all the more important in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.

How to Connect With Mentors

Most weeks during the fall semester, one of these seven faculty mentors will be available during virtual drop-in hours, offering peer-to-peer advice to other instructors on a wide range of topics related to remote teaching and learning. You can connect with that mentor during this time, but you can also contact any mentor at any time by emailing them to schedule a session. If they do not have availability, a mentor can reach out to other mentors on your behalf for common time.
