That's Right!

You Chose "C" Brad Garrett – That's Incorrect!

Ray Romano (Ray Barone) is of Italian heritage, like the Barone family on Everybody Loves Raymond.

Everybody Loves Raymond, which ran for nine seasons, featured the comical everyday life of sports columnist Ray Barone and his dysfunctional family. Like the Barone family on the series, star Ray Romano has Italian blood in his veins. He was the only cast member of the immediate Barone family on the series who's Italian in real life.

The character Ray Barone was ranked #10 in the TV Guide list of the "50 Greatest TV Dads of All Time" in its June 20, 2004 issue.

Here's some more Everybody Loves Raymond trivia: The actors who played the three Barone children (Ally, Geoffrey, and Michael) were actually siblings in real life (Madylin Sweeten, Sawyer Sweeten, and Sullivan Sweeten respectively). And Ray Romano's real-life daughter, Alexandra Romano, appeared throughout the series as Ally's friend Molly. <
