Displays service interruption and outage information. You can also report an outage directly to your service provider.

Maps -
Displays facility and payment dropbox locations on a map interface.

SmartHub isn't unintuitive for someone who has problems with making a simple payment. I am am not sure why you have operators. They can't or don't want to help. They can be very rude discussing a problem. I've dealt with many other online payment methods, and your system makes others apps. a cakewalk. After a stressful navigation, I've finally figured out the system. I hope never having to deal with your company on a personal basis.

I have used this app for years. I'm on a time of use meter & it was really easy to see how much electricity was used during the peak versus the non-peak hours. "Something" changed in late January & now I can't see any usage detail, just the total kWh used per day. Unbilled usage is totally missing. I am on autopay, so there's no chance of my payment being missed & I can see the info I need on my provider's website, but it is MUCH less convenient. This app used to be 5 stars, but not anymore.

Can't find my provider, despite using it for years before getting a new phone. I've tried every method possible, I just need to pay my bill. Navigating the app, generally, has never been wildly intuitive; especially when trying to understand usage time frame vs billing period. Has some kinda of lag where it displays usage info from two years ago, unless I go in and reset the time period. Always reverts, though, so I can't get my real time info with an efficient glance.
