Mahwah, N.J. – Stockton University (9-6, 3-1 NJAC) rolled to a 3-0 sweep of Ramapo (5-5, 1-3 NJAC) by scores of 25-10, 25-18, 25-12. The win was the fourth in the last five matches for the Ospreys.
 
Haley Green (Springville, Utah/Maple Mountain) led Stockton with match highs of 14 kills and five aces plus a .600 hitting percentage. Kate Louer (Clifton/Clifton), the current NJAC Rookie of the Week, contributed eight kills.
 
Aubrey Rentzel (York, Pa./Central York) dealt a match-high 21 assists and added seven digs. Regan Mendick (Newark, Del/Red Lion Christian) dished 12 assists. Molly Eng (New Providence/New Providence) led all players with 21 digs, nearly as many as Ramapo's team total of 26, and tied Green for match high with five aces.
 
Green powered the Ospreys to a 12-3 lead in the first set with five early kills, and Stockton cruised to the 25-10 victory. The Ospreys started slow in the second set, falling behind 7-3 before doubling Ramapo 22-11 the rest of the way for a 25-18 win.
 
Three kills by Green and two aces from Mendick sparked Stockton to a 12-4 lead in the third set, and the visitors easily closed out the match 25-12.
 
Stockton will compete in a tri-match at Widener University on Saturday, taking on Widener at 12 p.m. and Merchant Marine at 2 p.m.
