The June WellNYS challenge: Do 21 fun and healthy things this month!

The Employee Assistance Program’s WellNYS Everyday site has published its Daily To-Do calendar for June 2021 challenging all state employees to be ambitious in planning 21 fun and healthy things to do as we transition to summer.

The monthly calendar, which can be viewed in full below or downloaded here as a pdf, includes all kinds of suggestions: go for a bike ride, try kayaking or golfing for the first time, plan a picnic, or even just leaving your phone at home for a few peaceful hours outside.

This is just one feature of the WellNYS site, which also includes resources like directions to great hikes and walking trails, meditation and mindfulness app recommendations, and a directory of local farmer’s markets.
