Study Title: Social Environment Changes during COVID-19 Quarantine

 

Description
The purpose of this research project is to understand perceptions of the psychological, behavioral, and social impacts of COVID-19. You will not be asked for your name or any other identifying information.

 

Cost and Payments
It should take you approximately 15-20 minutes to complete the survey. 

 

Risks and Benefits
You should not expect benefits from participating in this study, but you may experience satisfaction from contributing to scientific knowledge. We hope that data from this survey will contribute to a better understanding of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

The survey presents no more than minimal risk of harm to participants and involves no procedures for which written consent is required outside of the research context.

 

Confidentiality
All information in the study will be collected from you anonymously: it will not be possible for anyone, even the researchers, to associate you with your responses.

 

Right to Withdraw
