The following message was sent to students by the College Registrar on Monday, May 18. We are posting it today as a reminder that the special pass/fail (P grade) option election period is now open.

Dear Students,
If you would like to elect a P grade for one or more courses, please visit this link. You will find important FAQs about the P grade option, the form to be completed and submission instructions. Please read the FAQs first, before deciding to elect the P grade.
If you are submitting for more than course, you will need to use a separate form. I recommend that you communicate with your advisor about any grading option to make sure this is the best choice for your situation.
Please note that we can only accept forms that are completed and signed by you. If you are emailing the form, please use your hawkmail account. We will accept forms starting on May 21, 2020. Please allow at least two weeks for processing before the updated grade will be reflected on your transcript and progress report.
