Stevens Institute of Technology welcomes Gert-Jan de Vreede as the incoming Dean of Stevens School of Business. The internationally recognized AI, crowdsourcing and entrepreneurship scholar joins from University of South Florida. De Vreede cites Stevens' "outstanding work" integrating new technologies and says he's "thrilled to join" and help further develop its profile for "academics, research and innovation" in areas like fintech. The Stevens student design teams featured in our annual Innovation Expo don’t work in a vacuum. Dozens of industry and agency partners — including Bristol Meyers Squibb, General Dynamics Mission Systems, Kearfott Corporation, L3Harris Technologies, Lenovo, SONO-TEK CORPORATION and St. Joseph's School for the Blind — help fund, fuel and advise these undergraduate capstone projects.
