We are excited to introduce a new feature to enhance our document management process for e-signatures — Box Sign.
This powerful tool is now available for free using your university credentials to login to Box, and offers a seamless way to manage electronic signatures and approvals.
With Box Sign, you can:
- Easily Send Documents for Signature: Choose who needs to sign, approve, or receive a final copy of your document.

Customize Signing Details: Specify the order of signing and include various fields such as signature, initials, date signed, and name.

Streamline the Process: Recipients do not need a Box account; anyone with an email address can receive and sign documents, simplifying the process for everyone involved.
We encourage you to take advantage of Box Sign to streamline your document workflow and reduce the need for physical paperwork.
