Emergency Communications Districts - As enacted, authorizes a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to perform the mandatory physical examination of a public safety dispatcher or emergency call taker if the physical examination is included in the written protocol developed by the supervising physician and nurse practitioner or physician assistant. - Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 86, Part 2.
