In collaboration with our New York and Toronto offices, The Japan Foundation Los Angeles is offering our digital library system through Libby to the general public. To apply, please complete the form at the link below. Applicants need to be 14 years or older and confirmation emails will be sent out at the end of the day on WEDNESDAYS with directions on how you can login to the system and start checking out digital books on your phone or computer. To Sign Up for an account in our Libby Digital Library System, please follow the link below and complete the survey. You will not receive notification until the following Wednesday by 6:30PM PT..
If you just completed the survey form, you will NOT receive a confirmation email right away. We usually send this out once a week on Wednesday by 6:30PM Pacific Time. The cutoff is usually 5:30PM. If you have any questions or want to make sure your form was submitted, please contact us and select Libby from the pull down menu!
If you lost your login or password, please contact us and select Libby from the drop down list. Do NOT register again for a new account.
Search for Japan Foundation in the libby app to find our digital library. It is listed under JF Toronto's Address (2 Bloor St E, STE 300, Toronota, Ontario, CA). If you are a member of a different digital library, you will still need need a library card number from us to login and check out our books. We are not affiliated with any other library on Libby.
