JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) -The Young Professionals of Jamestown and the Chamber Ambassadors recently recognized Jamestown Plumbing & Heating with the Business of the Month award for their outstanding customer service and continued commitment to the community.

Jamestown Plumbing & Heating is located at 602 1st St E and can be reached by calling 701-251-2917. Their nomination stated:

“We had a massive plumbing backup at the nursing home and Neil and his team responded within 15 minutes of calling. They ended up working until 10:30 pm that night and returning in the morning first thing. They got us back up and running. They were willing to do whatever it took and worked with other local vendors. Neil’s son Brandon was supposed to be on PTO, but also responded to the nursing home because he is so familiar with the layout, and they needed extra hands. I witnessed them get calls from their families asking when they’d be home and the crew each explaining it could be a late night of work. Talk about customer service! That in my opinion is going above and beyond.”

The Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce honors businesses that provide superior customer service, exhibit community spirit, and provide a positive economic impact to the community. This award provides recognition throughout the month with a plaque and a recognition banner for the month.

Monthly award winners will be considered for the Business of the Year to be awarded in January of 2025.
