The Eviction Right to Counsel (ERTC) pilot program launched in 2022 with a $3 million investment from the Nashville City Council. The organization is a collaboration between Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands, Conexión Américas, and the Nashville Hispanic Bar Association along with other local nonprofits.
