WARNING TO 2023 DELINQUENT TAXPAYERS
You are advised by direction of statute that on April 1, 2025 additional interest and costs will be imposed upon all 2023 delinquent taxes assessed against real property and personal property in consequence of a suit to be filed for the enforcement of the lien for such taxes against land.

Until filing of such suits, 2023 taxes may be paid until March 21, 2025 by 4:00 p.m. NO exceptions can be made.
​
These taxes may be paid in the office, located in the Johnson County Courthouse, by phone by calling 1-877-768-5048 or online at TennesseeTrustee.org.

HOME DISASTER RECOVERY PUBLIC INFORMATION ​
SESSION SCHEDULED ​​​​​
Johnson County, Tennessee has received a US Department of Housing and Urban Development HOME Disaster Recovery grant from the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) to rehabilitate homes affected by Hurricane Helene. This work will be completed by area contractors and will be at minimal cost to QUALIFYING homeowners.​
