Driving Record Approval Request

Employees are required to submit a driver’s authorization form to the Office of Human Resources and Strategic Talent Management (HRSTM) for approval. Requests must be received by HRSTM 5 days prior to usage. HRSTM has access to Maryland MVA records only. If an employee has an out-of-state license, they must obtain an official driving record from the state of residency and email: drivingrecords@montgomerycollege.edu for approval.
