What is Well-Being Coaching?

Well-Being Coaching is a free one on one individualized guidance program that provides opportunities for you to gain awareness and learn strategies to help you set realistic goals tailored to your lifestyle.  Well-Being Coaches take a positive approach to personal development, utilize motivational interviewing techniques while focusing on your strengths to generate goals that are meaningful to you.

Request a Well-Being Coaching Service

    1:1 Well-Being Coaching Request


    To request to meet with a Well-Being coach, please complete the Well-Being Coaching Request Form so that our team can ensure that you are appropriately matched with a Well-Being Coach and for us to gain an understanding of where you are at on your well-being journey. A member of our team will follow up with you within 48 business hours to confirm that you have been paired with a coach. Your coach will reach out to you by email to schedule your first session via Microsoft Teams.

    THRIVE Workshop Request


    To request a THRIVE Workshop, please complete the THRIVE Workshop Request Form so that our team can ensure that your group/organization is appropriately matched with a Well-Being Coach. A member of our team will follow up with you within 48 business hours regarding your request. Your coach will reach out to you by email to schedule and plan the group coaching session. We ask for a three week notice so that we are able to ensure we get a coach staffed for your workshop. 

Disclaimer

Clients should not regard guidance received from their Well-Being Coach as a replacement for standard medical care. Well-Being Coaches will not diagnose medical conditions, will not prescribe treatment or remedies, and recommend consulting a physician or a licensed mental therapist if you suspect a disease or ailment. Well-Being Coaches will refer to outside professionals when indicated and/or will refer cases which they professionally qualified to address. Well-Being Coaches should not be regarded as registered dietitians, certified fitness professionals or licensed mental health professionals.
