Andrew is a partner in the Providence office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in the area of Workers’ Compensation. Andrew represents employers, self-insureds, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation under the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Act.  He appears regularly before the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Court.

Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, Andrew worked at a mid-size firm where he gained experience in the areas of education and municipal law, personal injury, and labor and employment law. He also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Daniel Procaccini of the Rhode Island Superior Court.

During law school, Andrew served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Rogeriee Thompson at the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and a legal intern for the Rhode Island Office of the Attorney General.
