Vanderbilt University employees may now view their 2021 W-2 forms in Oracle Cloud. To view or print your W-2, follow the instructions below:
- Log in to Oracle using your VUNetID and password.
- Click the “Me” tab.
- Click “Pay.”
- Click “Year End Documents.”

- Log in to Oracle using your VUNetID and password.
- Click the “Me” tab.
- Click “Personal Info.”
- Click “Document Records” (you may need to take off existing filters to view your W-2).
Beginning with the 2021 W-2, the IRS has allowed employers to voluntarily mask social security numbers on employee copies as a security enhancement, so you will only see the last four digits of your taxpayer ID on your form.
Paper copies of W-2s for those who did not make the “electronic only” election in Oracle have been mailed to the resident address on file.
