Enjoy "wine club benefits" with no strings attached.

May 24-31, 2021

10AM - 4PM EACH DAY (or your winery hours)

• Fill out your information as it would be printed on the Event Program i.e - EXACT Way your Winery Name Should be listed; Vineyards, Vineyards & Winery, etc. 
• You must fill out all information in its entirety.

Every winery will need to offer 3 wines for tasting for every ticket holder. You may of course charge for additional wines, or reserve wines etc.

ADDITIONALLY - you need to offer some type of "club member" benefit to ticket holders. They are your "wine club member for the day".

- The program will list the 3 wines you are serving for ticket holders.

- The program will also list the "club member"benefit" you are offering.

- And it will list some type of online special for customers buying a ticket, but not attending.

Event Timeline for Winery Participants

March 29        Sign up for Member May BEGINS

April 9 Sign up for 8 Days in May ENDS (you two more weeks to add your wines and benefits. We just need the participation list complete by the 9th.)

April 22       Program Submission ENDS(specific wines you will pour & benefits offered)

April 26         Ticket Sales Launch Online

Ticket sales will end when wineries have no seating available.

Customers will need to make their own reservations at each winery they plan to visit.

There is NO reimbursement for this event.

There are NO wristbands or glasses supplied.

There is NO food requirement, thus no health permit requirement.
