It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Hazlett of Lawrence, Kansas, who passed away on May 30, 2023, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elizabeth Hazlett to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Edwin F. Abels and Marie Abels (Robinson); and her daughter-in-law Peggy Hazlett. She is survived by : her sons, Allan A. Hazlett and Stan A. Hazlett; and her grandchildren, Christopher Hazlett, Rob Hazlett, Ryan Hazlett, Jessica Wood, Jocelyn Gunter and Elizabeth Boschma. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
