Bilingual and Community volunteer interest application form for culturally-specific COVID-19 vaccination clinics
In Multnomah County Health Department, we want to make our vaccination clinics as welcoming and safe as possible for our communities who often experience barriers to services.  Many organizations have expressed an interest in helping create a space where everyone feels welcome. Multnomah County COVID-19 vaccination clinics are focused on reaching communities most impacted by Covid-19.

If you or your organization would like to help create an environment that is accessible for everyone, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for bilingual/bicultural/community volunteers to help support the Multnomah County Covid-19 vaccine clinics. If you are interested in volunteering, please fill out this form.

Filling out this form places you on a list that we will use to send opportunities to volunteer. There are many  different roles that only members of the community can fulfill.
This form also includes your acknowledgement that you have read or watched, understood, and agreed to Multnomah County Policies.
