Faculty Senate Governing Documents

The Faculty Senate Constitution defines the powers of the Senate and establishes parameters for senate membership, elections, meetings, and committees (university standing committees, special committees, and faculty senate committees). The Bylaws govern the operations of the Senate.

Faculty Senate Meeting Agendas and Minutes

LMU faculty and staff may access Senate agendas and minutes via Box. Agendas are typically posted to Box a few days prior to the meeting date. Meeting minutes must first be approved by Senate before publication and thus will typically be available after the following meeting. A MyLMU login is required to access the following folders:
