New Jersey City University Athletics

Being a student-athlete at NJCU means the world to me. I am part of history as one of the first female wrestlers, as well as the growth of wrestling on a collegiate and national level. I came here because I was confident the coaches could help me achieve my goals, and the honors program provided me with the education I desired. When my career comes to an end, I will cherish the bonds, connections and knowledge I gained from being a part of this community.

Being a student-athlete allows you to make friends with other athletes, regardless of their sport. I chose NJCU for the soccer program and the National Securities major, which I learned about during the recruiting process. It is a great program to get into that field. I can't picture myself anywhere but at NJCU. It has a great campus, nice staff and my coaches are fantastic. If I ever need anything, I can always reach out. I cherish all the fun times I've had on and off the field.

Being a student-athlete at NJCU is a dream come true. All I have dreamt of since I was 11 was to attend a University. NJCU gave me an opportunity to get an education and be the first of seven children to attend college. I love how it's close to home and was so welcoming when I toured, I fell in love with the place from the get-go and was excited to come. One thing I'll cherish once my career comes to an end is I'll always have family here, and my Gothic Pride.
