The shelves are adjustable vertically with the simple turn of a screw, while horizontal adjustment is quick and easy using the slotted holes on the bottom mounting boomerang and top mounting clutch plate assembly. 		A door hinge is not required for this item. As long as the door is in the "pie-cut" shape, the Lazy Susan will attach to it and work correctly.
