Centresource founder Nicholas Holland will lead the transition as chairman with Brandon Valentine as managing partner.

Holland, who created the company in 2003, has recently served as president of the company. Former CEO Evan Owens stepped down as CEO in 2014.

Centresource clients include Bridgestone Americas, BMI and Vanderbilt University. According to the company's website, Centresource employs more than 40 people. The employee count will "remain robust" as part of the transition, said spokeswoman Allison Barnes.

Valentine, a lead technologist at Centresource, joined the company six years ago. Previously, he worked at  Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

“I am excited about this next chapter in the growth and sustainability of Centresource, and the opportunity to better serve our clients, community and industry,” Valentine said. “Our entire team is energized and engaged to bring additional vitality to Nashville’s thriving and expanding technology sector.”
