How do I change my account settings?
Go to learn.leapafrica.org and sign in to your account. In the top right corner, click the drop-down arrow next to your picture (or name). Click My Account and make the changes you want, and then click Save Changes.

How do I get and start my course?
You can start your course right away! Sign in from any device at any time using your email address and password. Simply select your course and click the enroll button.

Will I receive a certificate at the end of my course?
Yes.

How do I change my password?
Login to your account. Click on the drop-down arrow next to your picture or name in the top-right corner. Click My Account and select Password on the left menu. Input a new password under Change Password and retype the password. Input the original password under Current Password and click Update

How do I reset my forgotten password?
If you are unable to login because you do not know or have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking Forgot Password on the sign in page. Enter your email address, and submit. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

How do I control how many emails I get from LEAP Africa learning platform?
You can use your Account Settings page to control how many emails you get from the learning platform. To subscribe or unsubscribe from emails: Click on the drop-down arrow next to your picture or name in the top right corner. Click on My Account. On the left side, click Notifications. Use the checkboxes to choose what kinds of emails you'd like to get from the learning platform. Click Save Changes.

How do I download my certificates?
Go to My Account. On the left side, click on Certificates. You will be able to download your certificates from here.

How do I manage my billing details and credit card?
You can manage your billing and credit card information directly from the Billing tab of your student account page. To access your Billing details; Click on your name or picture in the top right corner and select My Account. On the left side, select the Billing tab. From here you can: View/update your saved credit card, view your recurring payments to you (subscriptions and payment plans) and cancel your subscriptions. You can also renew a subscription or payment plan after a failed payment has set the status to Payment Due

How can I engage with other students enrolled in my course?
For each lesson of your course, you can access the On-lesson discussions through the badge that appears on each lesson. You can include images and even upload files in your posts and replies.
