Want to start a new club?
ASB will review new club paperwork during the following dates:
May 1- June 2nd
August 21- October 20th
January 26th- March 1st
1) Find an Advisor- Let ASB know if you need help!
2) Look over the IHS Club criteria doc.
3) Determine if you want to establish a Viking Club or a Gold club
4) Complete the online club application:
5) Present Club to ASB Exec (ASB will email you to arrange a meeting time)
6) Receive club approval from ASB Exec, Teacher Committee and ASB Senate
7) Viking Club Only: complete Club Constitution- Club Constitution Resources
8) Founding members will present club at ASB Senate and receive a majority approval by ASB Senators.

3D Modeling and Animation
Description: The purpose of this club is to provide an environment to learn or practice 3D modeling and animation either individually or with other people.
Activities:
Learn and practice 3D modeling and animation in blender or other preferred programs.
Study principals of 3D animations and see how to apply techniques in own work

Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI)
Description: AAPI Club is to provide support for all Asian-American and Pacific Islander students in the high school environment while enhancing Inglemoor's cultural diversity. At the same time, the AAPI Club is an opportunity for all students, regardless of background, to learn about Asian and Pacific Islander culture. The purpose of the AAPI Club is to have members leave each meeting with new information regarding different Asian cultures through activities, potlucks, or discussions.

Black Student Union (BSU)
Description: Inglemoor's Black Student Union is a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages open discussions about topics relating to people of color. The BSU's focus is to build awareness, education, and a new level of consciousness about being an African-American in today's society.

Description: To prepare emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management. To prepare the next generation to be academically prepared, community-oriented, professionally responsible, and experienced leaders.

Drama Club
Description: The goal of Drama Club is to encourage new actors to practice their skills and join our community here at Inglemoor. During club time, we will teach about basic theatre skills but we will also have fun and play games. This is meant to be a safe space for anyone to try their hand at theatre without committing to a full production.

Description: The overarching goal of our club is to advance a sustainable future - at IHS, in Kenmore, and the world.

Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA)
Description: Our goals for Inglemoor's FBLA are to have members learning and engaging in business and technology-oriented activities and projects. We would also like to have members grow their skills in various things like public speaking and leadership, develop confidence in their skills and grow interest in business related fields.

Girls Who Code
Description: Girls Who Code is a club that aims to educate women in the field of Computer Science. Girls Who Code hopes to close the gender in the technology field.

HOSA
Description: Inglemoor HOSA is largest health science club at Inglemoor and is the perfect way to learn more about potential health related careers through leadership and competitive events. Students get the chance to apply their knowledge and skills built during the year for a chance to win awards and move on to compete at the international stage. We have events in all areas of medicine and healthcare as well as events in pre-professional skills.

Description: Key Club is connected with the national Kiwanis Club. Its purpose is to serve the local community through community service events.

Mock Trial Club
Description: The goal of Mock Trial Club is to learn, socialize, and go compete at the YMCA Mock Trial competition. We aim to learn and understand law and judicial proceedings, so members can be prepared for future related endeavors.

Model UN
Description: Model UN (MUN) is an international club that provides students with the unique opportunity to debate and collaborate with peers from around the world in solving the most pressing global issues at various conferences throughout the year. Through it, you will not only gain a deeper understanding of the world, but you will also walk away with friends from around the planet. National Honor Society

Nordic News
Description: Nordic News is a class that also functions as a club since we participate in fundraising, field trips, and conferences. As a staff, our mission is to provide our readers with interesting stories that are relevant to the Inglemoor community. We are dedicated to improving our craft, promoting journalistic values, and exploring change through our online and print publications.
Activities:
To be on staff, students must apply in the spring to be in the class in the fall.
We make the school newspaper and go to conferences to compete and learn more about our craft.

Nourishment Club
Description: Nourishment Club's purpose is to help students learn to love and accept their bodies through developing a healthy relationship with food. This club will help strengthen a sense of community between students going through similar struggles, and be a safe place where those struggles can be discussed and validated. We want to work on the message that all bodies are different and need different things.

Red Cross Club
Description: Inglemoor Red Cross Club works to help our community by spreading our message on blood, disaster relief, health and safety, and military support. As well as being directly affiliated with the Red Cross, Red Cross Club provides members with opportunities to gain leadership and preparedness skills.

Science Olympiad
Description: Inglemoor Science Olympiad strives to have fun with science outside the classroom in a competitive, collaborative environment. Members have the opportunity to explore a range of scientific disciplines in their events such as science, engineering, and coding.

Sky Riders
Description: Sky Riders is an aviation, aerospace, and astronautics club. We will have opportunities (including free flights, museum visits, aircraft manufacturer visits, planetarium visits, etc.) and guest speakers (from NASA, Blue Origin, National Flight Organizations, Civil Air Patrol, and more)!

Technology Student Association (TSA)
Description: TSA is a competitive club in which members can compete in STEM related events at State and National competitions against people from other schools. You can compete in individual or team events, which can help you make new friends and unforgettable memories. TSA events are sorted into clusters including Programming, Physical Design, Speech and Presentation, Audio/Visual Editing, and Conceptual Design.
