Brandon Mathews enrolled at the Clinton School of Public Service with a vested interest in food insecurity on college campuses. Not only was he a student volunteer as an undergraduate at the Full Circle Campus Food Pantry at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, he was also a client. Mathews used his Capstone project at the Clinton School to create a how-to manual for creating and operating food pantries on college campuses in Arkansas.
