Chancellor’s Roundtables

Posted on February 22, 2022

Throughout the remainder of the spring semester, Chancellor Gilliam will host a series of small group discussions with faculty and staff. These discussions will be a mix of in-person and virtual (Zoom) gatherings.

The goal of these sessions is to have open and transparent conversations, encourage two-way feedback, and discuss the future of the University.

“We have a shared place and fate – I’ve talked about this important connection since I arrived at UNCG. I truly believe we can work better to shape our collective future if we get to know one another better. Through these smaller gatherings, I hope our faculty and staff will be more comfortable speaking up and having open, transparent discussions about UNCG, and our shared future,” Chancellor Gilliam said.

To facilitate open conversation and collaboration, the sessions will be conducted with small groups. We encourage you to reserve your spot soon. Participants will receive a calendar invitation to confirm their attendance. Please know we may not be able to accommodate all individuals who are interested in joining but will plan to provide more gatherings in the fall semester.
