Advance Prevention Lawsuit Legal Scholarship

Please review the following conditions in order to apply for this Scholarship Award. After reviewing the qualication requirements, you can apply for the Lawsuit Legal Accident Prevention Scholarship.

Lawsuit Legal is pleased to announce an annual sponsorship award of $1,000 for U.S. high school seniors seeking a degree in an accredited four year university. The program was awarded for the first time in 2016, and will continue annually to provide opportunity and support in the form of financial awards to students working to build skills and advance their education for use in service of their communities.

 

Scholarship Award Details:

 

Applicants interested in being awarded the funds ARE REQUIRED to create a video along with a written essay discussing one of the following: A personal story sharing how reckless, drunk, impaired or distracted driving has had impacted their lives, their family, or their community. Entrants are encouraged to provide an analysis on how injuries and fatalities resulting from preventable accidents reach beyond crash victims to those left behind and the community as a whole. Creative ideas for reducing accident rates and reckless / impaired driving in teenage drivers to reduce needless injury and death are welcome.

 

To be eligible for this award, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Be entering freshman year (or attending first year) in college
  • Plan to declare a major in any field of study
  • Be a U.S. citizen or have permanent residency

 

In addition to the application form provided below, applicants must provide a copy of their high school transcripts, SAT or ACT scores and any recommendation letters and indicate the university they attend or are enrolled in for their freshman year.

Submissions for the award will be evaluated by a panel of private judges based on the presentation provided in conjunction with their achievement records and any leadership activity, volunteer work or other extra-curricular activities they were involved in.

All materials required for entry must be received in a single package prior to December 5. The winning applicant will receive a $1,000 scholarship disbursed in a single installment to help pay for the students' first year of college.

By highlighting the impact reckless driving can have on the community, we hope students nationwide will join in working to prevent teenage driving injuries and fatalities. By reflecting and sharing on the terrible and far reaching consequences impaired driving can have, we hope the work will help reduce preventable reckless driving auto accidents and underage drinking related injuries.

Failure to provide the completed application along with the materials requested above will result in the applicant being denied consideration for the the scholarship award. Applicants who wish to be considered must follow the scholarship rules outlined above to the best of their ability and make sure all requested materials are received by the submission deadline.

Future Legal Leaders Scholarship

Lawsuit Legal is pleased to announce an annual award of $2,000 for U.S. students entering law school seeking a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in an accredited law school. The program will be awarded to current first year students or those entering law school, and availability will continue annually to provide opportunity and support for students who will become our future legal leaders to help advance their education in the law profession.

 

Scholarship Award Details:

 

Applicants interested in being awarded the funds ARE REQUIRED to to provide a video along with a written essay discussing one of the following: Share how as a lawyer you intend to use your law degree and education in support of your community. Entrants are encouraged to provide analysis on the importance of servicing client needs, and how they can make a personal and professional impact on the lives of those they represent. Entrants are encouraged to answer the questions- (What makes a great lawyer? ...and how can lawsuit attorneys make the world a better place?) Creative ideas for improving the legal industry are welcome.

 

To be eligible for this award, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Have a GPA of 3.5 or higher
  • Be entering first year (or attending first year) in an accredited ABA university or non-ABA law school
  • Be a U.S. citizen or have permanent residency

 

In addition to the application form provided below, applicants must provide a copy of their college transcripts, and indicate the university they attend or are enrolled in to pursue their law degree.

Lawsuit Legal American Nursing Support Scholarship

Please review the following conditions in order to apply for the Lawsuit Legal American Nursing Support Scholarship Award. After reviewing the qualication requirements, you can apply for the award.

Lawsuit Legal is pleased to announce an annual award of $1,500 being made available to nursing students (undergraduate or graduate) and actively employed RN's seeking to advance their education in the healthcare / medical field. The program was awarded for the first time in 2016, and availability will continue annually to provide financial support to qualified applicants seeking excellence.

 

Scholarship Award Details:

 

Applicants interested in being awarded the funds ARE REQUIRED to to provide a video along with a written essay discussing one of the following: Share how excellence in patient care has made an impact directly or indirectly when you were injured, or someone in your family. Entrants are asked to provide an analysis of the current state of patient care, what they feel are the biggest challenges faced and creative solutions for improving the industry and preventing wrongful death cases. Applicants are asked to provide personal insight into what has drawn them to the healing profession and how compassion plays a role in their intended service. Creative ideas for improving the healthcare industry are welcome.

(Eligible specialties include: RN's, general nurse practitioners, critical care nursing, burn care nurse, midwife, emergency care, hospice, infection control, labor and delivery, long-term care nurses, medical surgical, nurse anesthetists, womens health, pain management, medical-surgical nursing, transplant, pediatric and prenatal nurses, rehabilitation nurse, trauma nurse, wound, ostomy, and continence nursing and veterans care nurses)

 

To be eligible for this award, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be an actively employed registered nurse or nurse practitioner
  • Be entering / enrolled in advanced education in the medical field
  • Intend to continue employment as a healthcare professional following completion
  • Be a U.S. citizen or have permanent residency

 

In addition to the application form provided below, applicants must provide a letter of recommendation from a clinic or hospital supervisor, and indicate the education program they are enrolled along with the advanced degree sought.

Applicant submissions for the will be evaluated by a panel of private judges based on required submission documents provided in conjunction with financial need.

All materials required for entry must be received in a single package prior to May 10. The winning applicant will receive a $1,500 scholarship disbursed in a single installment to help pay for tuition and related costs.

By discussing the current state of facilities and patient care, it is hoped to ignite creative solutions to the challenging problems facing patient treatments in hospitals and clinics today. By providing support to our most deserving nurses and professionals, we hope to show appreciation for their very important work and vital role they play in the treatment of the injured in emergency care clinics and hospitals and rehabilitation clinics across the country.
