Save a trip: Call or email ahead, or check our Office Closings page

This week, as many students, faculty and staff return to campus for the first time in months, we want to remind our community that a number of campus offices, departments and buildings are closed, and others are operating with reduced hours or with limited walk-in access, as part of the College’s effort to maintain safe social distancing and reduce the spread of COVID-19.

The easiest way to find out if offices are open, closed or on a reduced schedule is to consult our office closings webpage, which is updated regularly with information about department schedules.

(As a reminder, faculty and staff who have not published their in-office schedule for the fall are encouraged to do so as soon as possible, by following the above link and clicking “Submit/Update Office Closings.”)

You can also call or email offices directly to ask about hours of operation and scope of services. Find contact information for offices, faculty and staff members at our online campus directory.

Campus staff have worked through the summer to ensure that they will be able to provide services remotely or through other means when walk-ins are not permitted. In most cases there are also options to schedule in-person meetings, phone calls or teleconferences in advance.

Please also note that many buildings will be card-access-only during the fall 2020 semester. Students and employees are strongly encouraged to carry their ID cards with them anytime they plan to be on campus.
