    Article V is the only method for amending the U.S. Constitution. Yet Article V has rarely been used. Many Americans cannot remember when the Constitution was last amended or why. Can, or should, Article V be revived to play a larger role in modern society? This panel will discuss the role Article V has played in shaping our democracy.
