D-12, 77-81. Enjoy the time while you are there - the memories and friends will last a lifetime. I am still close friends with someone I met on the very first day of Marketing class in September 1977.

D-30 in ‘73/74 was super. Met my wife in D-6. Anything can happen! Imagine this - 45 years later and we never had a fight…..and I’ve got this terrific bridge for sale in Brooklyn. Enjoy every minute and think real hard before complaining. It really is a paradise. Good luck to all

Enjoy, relax, meet and walk around

College is about preparing one for life. It is a time to learn about what you ultimately want to do with your life and whom you want to be as a person; what you want to and are capable of contributing to society. You may find some of your most interesting life lessons come from outside the classroom. It's okay not to be okay and ask for help; when we are young we are not as worldly as we may think ourselves. The ultimate goal is to come out believing you are starting off in the right direction in life. In the end, all your experiences are life experiences and in the end, life is messy. Don't be afraid to get your hands dirty.

Don’t waste the time. Do everything you can. Volunteer, play intramural sports, support the teams, meet with your counselors and professors, spend time in the library, host or attend study groups, join a club, don’t ditch during the break 😂; etc. It will be over before you know it! Enjoy every thing Stockton has to offer!

1987-1991. (Environmental studies major). Will never forget how friendly people were once I arrived on campus. Get involved, put in the work to do well, and have fun too. and find someplace to be of service. The outdoors around the campus is awesome. Get outside, and explore! Especially the marsh/bog area by the dorms, and Lake Pam too.

C-dorm, Class of 89...Take advantage of the knowledge in those buildings. Your professors and adjuncts are world-class educators. And don't be afraid to build personal relationships with University staff. Students, staff, and educators are one big family. Everyone wants to see you flourish and succeed.

This will be the greatest four years of your life! Get involved with as many extra curricular activities and clubs as possible. Meet new people and challenge your mind! Get out of that comfort zone. Go for a walk around campus and check out everything. Stockton is beautiful. You will learn new skills and make new friends. I still stay in touch with many of my Stockton friends and colleagues. You may even meet your future spouse. Best of luck! You got this! From a 2003 graduate.
