Galloway, N.J. – Six days after Stockton University hosted New Jersey City in the first-ever home match for the Ospreys, the teams met again on a different South Jersey course. The squads played the Pines Course at Seaview Golf Club after tackling Vineyard Golf Club at Renault Winery last week.
Tatum Henry (Galloway/Absegami) once again shot the low round, this time with an 88. Henry got off to a fast start, playing the first seven holes in just four-over with three pars. She finished with a 44 on each nine to head the field.
Brynn Bowman (Ocean City/Ocean City) was the runner-up to Henry for the second straight time. Bowman shot a 56 on the front nine and improved with a 54 on the back nine, highlighted by a par on the 12th hole (par 3), for a 110.
Tamara Farrow (Cape May Court House/Middle Twp.) played seven holes and then unfortunately was forced with withdraw after reaggravating an injury. Elizabeth Bello topped NJCU with a 111 for third place followed by Fiona Moore with a 121 and Roxana Martinez with a 132.
As of now, Stockton is not scheduled to play again this spring. The Ospreys competed three times in their second season of intercollegiate competition.
