Hello Kata Hats,

We have just tagged the 2.0.0-rc0 Kata-Containers release. It is the 
first release candidate for Kata Containers 2.0. Next, we will focus on 
fixing bugs and making it stable for the incoming 2.0.0 release. This 
release highlights the following changes:

* cgropus-v2 support
* kata-agent OOM event support
* kata-agent guest hooks support
* update to qemu 5.0 + virtiofs + dax
* update to cloud-hypervisor 0.10.0
* many github action improvements
* a lot of bugfixes and packaging improvements
