Sibuet Family

Embodying classic French cool and joie de vivre, Maisons et Hôtels Sibuet has always been a family affair. Founded by Jean Louis and Jocelyne Sibuet in 1981, and now extending to their grown children, Marie and Nicolas. The Sibuet’s unique collection of hotels, villas and chalets offer authentic and exclusive experiences in the Alps, in Provence, the Côte d'Azur and in the middle of the Caribbean sea.

The multi-talented Jocelyn is the face of the brand, with wide recognition for her work in interior design, as the author of A French Country Home and expert in the aesthetic, and founder of Pure Altitude skin care. She and the Sibuet brand were elevated to global prominence with the opening of Les Fermes de Marie in Megève, whose 70 rooms are housed in a cluster of nine antique farmhouses that Jocelyne envisioned into chic, alpine hideaways.

Jocelyne was born and raised in the French Alps, in the small town of Megève in the Savoie Mont Blanc region, where the Sibuets run 11 chalets and three hotels (Les Fermes des Marie, Hotel Mont-Blanc and Le Lodge Park). She travels the world in search of inspiration and enjoys working closely with her children. She divides her time between her old farmhouse in Megève with her two dogs, a Jack Russel and a Dachshund, and an apartment in Paris.
