Description:
A Sugar Glider is a native Australian marsupial, renowned for its ability to effortlessly glide using its webbed patagium’s.

The 3D Sugar Glider was a full anatomical character, consisting of an accurate skeletal structure, working muscles and a photo realistic follicle system. The patagium’s were developed as a cloth mesh simulated for realistic tension.

Although based on the real animal some creative licence was taken to portray heightened emotion and human like qualities.

Composited into live action plates with layered atmospherics provided a cohesive final result grounded in reality.
