Description:
Telekom wants to draw attention to online hate speech, take the problem to the heart of society and encourage people to speak out against this hatred.
Insight: Only 5% of online users are responsible for the majority of hate comments. That's a lot less than you might think. These 5% are still loud. The remaining 95%, on the other hand, often stay far too quiet when they encounter hate online. Hate wouldn't stand a chance if the majority were to raise their voices.
Our goal: A net without hate, in which people treat each other with respect and deal with each other without fear.
Solution: Telekom connects people. In this campaign, we inspire the silent 95% of users to realize their power to stand together and speak out against hate together.
Our motto: When love is loud, hate doesn't stand a chance.
