If I could give Phillip and his team more than 5 stars, I wholeheartedly would. The entire process went incredibly smoothly and I'm not sure how Phillip managed this, but he was able to get us our mortgage so quickly that we closed in under two weeks! Beyond his knowledge and ability to get things done, he was also really easy to talk to and reassuring. I had a number of reservations at the start of this process (I was just nervous about the home buying process in general), and Phillip walked me through all the different options in the event that any roadblocks came up and he addressed all of my concerns. I'm so, so grateful for Phillip and his team - they truly offered the highest level of service.

That's all thanks to Phillip's expertise, patience, tenacity, and professionalism. He and his team work as a unit; I was always clear about who was in charge of what, and I could always take my questions and concerns to Phillip, who answered them promptly, honestly, and to the best of his expert knowledge.
