To register for the Patient Portal, enter the information below and submit. Your University ID (S00******), Name and Birth Date must match what we have on file for you in our system. For First Name, enter your full given name and not a nickname. (Ex: Jeffrey instead of Jeff). YOUR PASSWORD MUST CONTAIN A COMBINATION OF 5 LETTERS AND NUMBERS ONLY, AT LEAST ONE UPPERCASE LETTER AND AT LEAST ONE NUMBER. Once logged in you will have access to online services such as:

• Schedule appointments at the StMU Student Health Center. (feature not available at this time, please call 210-436-3506)
• Receive secure communication from providers at the StMU Student Health Center.
• Upload immunization records required by St. Mary's University
• Print immunization records
