IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

  • To receive member rates for Music Biz 2020 registration, membership dues for the 2019-2020 dues year must be paid in full. Registrants who purchase event passes in a category different from their membership dues will be asked to re-register.
  • Please note: All those who were registered before the event postponement do not have to register again. All conference registrations and hotel reservations will be honored and automatically transferred for the postponed dates. If you have a question about your registration, please contact stefani.milanese@musicbiz.org.
  • For groups over four, if you would rather register via mail and save on Eventbrite and PayPal processing fees, please reach out to stefani.milanese@musicbiz.org.

Typically, the Music Business Association does not offer full refunds for Conference registrations. However, in the wake of the ongoing health crisis which has caused us to postpone Music Biz 2020, we understand there may be circumstances that will prevent people from attending in August. We will consider refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis.

To be considered, please submit a written request to stefani.milanese@musicbiz.org by Thursday, July 16. If your request is approved, you will receive either a full refund or a credit towards registration for Music Biz 2021 (set for May 10-13, 2021). No refunds will be granted after July 16. Name changes will be accepted until August 7 and are subject to a $50 per badge processing fee.
