Maneet Chauhan, partner, Morph Hospitality

Maneet Chauhan and her company, Morph Hospitality, expanded their footprint in Nashville this year with a new concept called Chaatable . It’s the company’s fourth restaurant in Nashville, but the first in the booming West Nashville corridor. Chauhan’s original trio of Nashville restaurants — Chauhan Ale & Masala House, the Mockingbird and Tansuo — are currently set up within a Gulch block that includes walkable access and is an area that will soon see the arrival of Whole Foods, Asurion’s headquarters, a high-end Marriott brand hotel and Amazon towers. That suggests Chauhan’s concepts could be in store for a big boost as more people flood the area, growing the local cachet of the Food Network chef.
