Available to UC San Diego Faculty, Staff, and Students

Canva is an innovative online platform for graphic design that empowers users to craft a wide range of visual content, including social media posts, presentations, posters, and videos.

UC San Diego staff and faculty can now purchase Canva Pro subscriptions to enhance their design capabilities.

UC San Diego students are eligible to receive a complimentary Canva Pro student license, providing them with advanced design tools and resources to support their academic and creative efforts.

  • Faculty/Staff: $115 FY25/26
  • Students: Free

Canva ordering is currently paused, as per UCOP's notification. We appreciate your patience and will share new ordering instructions as soon as they become available.

Students can log in to Canva using the following link: UC San Diego Canva Link. Once logged in, a Pro license will be available for you to use.

Marketing and communications professionals are invited to request access to a specialized UC San Diego Canva ecosystem at no additional cost. Gain access to a comprehensive suite of branded templates across all channels that are pre-approved and fully customizable.

Please note: Access to this ecosystem requires authorization and is exclusively for marketing and communications professionals. Users must have an active Faculty/Staff Canva license to apply.

For Canva Technical Support

For general Canva usage and feature support, users should use the Canva Help Center. This resource houses thousands of help articles that will answer most Canva questions.

Users can go to the Canva Support Team for suspected bug/functionality issues by submitting a support ticket through our Canva Help Center under the "Solve your issue" link. Submitted tickets are usually answered within 24 hours unless it is submitted over a weekend.
