New Run Club Passes + Mid-Week Run Time Start This Week!
Hi Mama, 
Spring Running Club starts this Sunday... can you make it? 
We've make a few changes and expanded the dates for our Spring Running Club. We'll have both weekend runs + midweek runs for you, as well as at home assignments and corework designed to support your running form.
Running Club is designed for moms of all levels and will incorporate distance and speed work tailor to the need of each runner and is a great way to set aside some dedicating training time each week. You don't need to worry about how fast you are now, or if you need to alternate running and walking, we're here for you and will meet you where you're at! 
This week our route begins at "The Hook" on Sunday at 8am - Park in the lot at the end of 41st and we will warm up on the pathway overlooking the ocean and then head out!
